❌ 22 Nov — No bake (it’s Lynda’s birthday!)

✅ 29 Nov — Baking

❌ 6 Dec — No bake

✨ 13 Dec — Final bake of 2025

At Hadeda Bakery, we believe in the art of bread making. That's why we only use 100% naturally leavened sourdough starter, wholegrain stoneground flour, water & salt to create our breads. Our breads are baked fresh on a saturday, so you can enjoy the taste of real fresh bread.

At Hadeda Bakery, we are passionate about bread. Our micro bakery is located in the heart of Little Falls, where we make our breads with love and care. We believe that bread should be made with simple ingredients, so we only use wholegrain stoneground flour, water & salt to create our breads. 

All our dough is lovingly mixed by hand.
